We offer a wide array of yoga classes from mellow hatha Evening Glow to vigorous Rasa Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative, Yoga in Spanish and daily Power Lunch. Beyond yoga, the NHP team of talented and experienced yoga teachers has more than yoga instruction to offer - you will also find the teachers leading workshops on tea preparation & tastings, urban gardening, urban beekeeping, kombucha making, drumming & yoga, jewelry making, and couple's massage workshops.
